This paper will address some of the educational policies that were defined for Non-University Higher Education in the province of Catamarca in 2020, a period in which the country was hit by the pandemic caused by the Covid- 19, which forced the educational service to be carried out through technological mediation at all levels of the system. In the extensive part of the text we will try to expose some of the educational policies defined by the nation and the province for the Non-University Higher Level, which, in the case of provincial measures, accompanied and followed the provisions taken at the federal level. The description and analysis will seek to show how the educational policy sought to organize education and promote the pedagogical continuity of the educational service in Higher Education Institutes. The measures established for the training system were defined and implemented according to the evolution of the epidemiological situation in the province, with no previous experience or regulatory framework on which to support the measures tested.
