The text presents a review of the book Interpellations to training for work from gender. Inequalities, policies and resistances (Millenaar, Garino, Roberti & Jacinto, 2024), which compiles the latest productions of PRE- JET researchers, incorporating a gender perspective into studies on education, work and youth trajectories. The contributions are organized around three thematicaxes, related to each other: policies aimed at reversing gender inequalities, educational-labor trajectories from a gender perspective, and processes of professional socialization of women in masculinized careers.
